Inspired RISE Dance Fitness & April 4 Week Games Pass
Our RISE classes stand for rhythm, Intensity, Sequences and Energy. They’re 45 minutes long and by signing up you will gain body conditioning & fitness through dance for greater dance strength, skill, agility and endurance. Rise to the challenge and get inspired as together we get active, play, train and find adventure! Enjoy our mix of April dance inspired fitness and energy classes by selecting your preferred Pass below or in-studio.
Salsa & Bachata extends
After our initial expansion of Salsa Focus Level 2 and Bachata Focus Level 2 to 45 minute classes we are now delighted to offer full 60 minute classes in each style. To acknowledge the natural pairing of these styles and our evolution in offering these as a set to offering them individually we have a special offer for Term 2 where you are able to enrol in Salsa & Bachata courses with our PLUS Membership option. PLUS Membership can be added to a One Course or Two Course booking and let’s you dance a second class in the given style for $15 per week (and it also comes with Private Lesson benefits. Our 2018 Annual Ball Sat 2nd June & the performance of your choreos!
We can’t pretend we’re not super excited to share the theme and details of this years Annual Ball and to see the current choreography dance teams’ dazzling and fun performances! Details to be unveiled in the weeks ahead but for now we’d love you to save the date of Saturday June 2nd.
Social Dancing on Friday Nights
Bring the weekend into your life sooner with our Friday Social classes designed to compliment your progressive weekly dance course with classes with a moresocial sequence flavour and more dance time. In Term 2 we keep the good fires burning with Social Bachata, Social Zouk, Social Forro.

Add a Four Week Games Pass to your life of adventure! For the first four weeks of Term 2 we are joining the Commonwealth Games fun with our Games Passes. Your Games Pass lets you come to any of the four weekly RISE classes: Samba Energia on Tues, Salsa Suelta on Thurs, Latin Fitness on Sat and Axé + Reggaeton on Sundays (read more below).

TUESDAYS 6.45 – 7.30pm Samba Energia RISE |
Fitness-based Samba 4 week intensive. Improve your speed, technique & musicality as you work through sequences & drills to build endurance.
THURSDAYS 5.45 – 6.30pm Salsa Suelta RISE |
Take your basic Salsa steps to full body movement while working up a sweat . Improve coordination, foot speed, body agility & memory & have some fun as you work through short sequences, smooth transitions & increase your dance fitness.
SATURDAYS 9.30 – 10.15am Latin Fitness RISE |
Develop body awareness, flexibility, agility, technique & dance fitness through this dynamic style mix: Afro-Brazilian, Cuban Salsa Suelta, Samba, Capoeira, Afro-Jazz, & Samba Reggae. A stand-alone fitness class or ideal to improve style, technique & dance fitness for partner dance.
SUNDAYS 3.45 – 4.30pm Axé + Reggaeton RISE |
Let’s move it! Axé is an individual Brazilian dance style with grounded moves & real flavour! Find your groove & get your sweat on with fun, short axé routines. Mix it up with some Reggaeton, a musical genre from Porta Rica influenced by hip hop, Latin American & Caribbean music. This was around WAY before Zumba!
