Join Lucas Saad Tambeli fresh back from Brazil and make some beautiful noise creating the heartbeat of Samba. Whether you have never picked up an instrument in your life, or have been an avid percussion player there is something you can learn with Lucas in Term 4 at Rio Rhythmics.
With a variety of instruments to choose from you might find yourself keeping the base line strong on surdo or hitting the high notes on agogo – whatever your taste you can be a part of making the beat happen every Sunday from 1:30 – 2:30pm at our West End Studio at 163 Boundary St.
Lucas is a key Brazilian musician in Brisbane and surrounds and you can often find him getting the party started with his band Som de Calçada at many West End and Brisbane venues.
