Before Zumba arrived on the scene, we had our own dance class that was focused on fitness; Latin Fitness. We are thrilled to be re-introducing it at the studio as we have seen a growing demand for it as people want to accelerate their progress as dancers.

 

Get dance fit in a supportive environment where you can take the class at your own pace. Latin Fitness is suitable for men and woman wanting to develop their swing, be more flexible, improve fitness, practice moves and feel more self confident.

It’s also a great alternative for people not quite sure they are ready to take on partner dancing as all the skills are transferrable to the social dance floor once you have confidence in yourself.

Based on the roots of Brazilian Samba, Afro-Cuban Salsa, Afro-Brazilian, Capoeira, Samba Reggae you will improve body movement, get your groove on and have lots of fun!

If you haven’t already try out a partner dance class, we recommend you do Latin Starter to begin with or one of our other Starter Courses including Tango, Salsa & Bachata, Samba no Pe for ladies or Zouk Lambada.

This course is a great addition to partner dancing, or to be done on it’s own.
