Some hail Tango Nuevo as the next step in the evolution of tango.
Here, we feel that the modern influences on tango music have driven
the creation of what can be recognised as a 'method of interpretation',
one which opens the beauty of tango up to new generations.
 
As always, Rio Rhythmics is an advocate for authenticity and we will be championing traditional tango. We believe, however, that these new Nuevo parties offer an extra avenue of exploration into this great dance.
