1. Acceptance
By entering the "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions relating to Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition. Instructions on how to enter, promotional material and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prizes
Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition grand prize winner will receive unlimited courses and parties for an entire year, with a total value of up to $6,000.  Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition runner-up prize winner will receive one free dance course per term for dance terms 3 and 4, 2010, and dance terms 1 and 2, 2011 with a total value of approximately $1,020. The value of the prizes is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion. Rio Rhythmics accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.

3. Draw date and location
Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition will be drawn at 9.00pm on Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy, 126 Boundary Street West End, Brisbane (this venue may change with notice).  The first entry drawn will win unlimited courses and parties for a year commencing in dance term 3, 2010. The second entry drawn will win one free dance course per term, to be utilised from dance term 3, 2010 to dance term 2, 2011.  

4. Transferability
Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw grand prize and runner-up prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes may be taken up only by the individuals who win the Lucky Draw prizes, and must be utilised within 12 months of the Lucky Draw.  

5. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Grand Prize and the runner-up prize, participants must have enrolled in, and paid in full for, at least four dance courses during the qualifying period (includes dance terms 3 and 4, 2009, and dance terms 1 and 2, 2010.) Eligible dance courses include dance courses to which multiple course purchase discounts have been applied, and also include discounted courses available to Rio Rhythmics' Student Supporters. One entry ticket will be provided for each eligible Rio Rhythmics dance course, and all eligible participants must collect their entry tickets from Rio Rhythmics’ head office at 126 Boundary Street, West End, Queensland, 4101, by 5.00pm Friday, July 2, 2010, and place them in the competition barrel located at this address. Employees and their immediate families of Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy and its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Rio Rhythmics may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Lucky Draw competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Lucky Draw competition or acts in violation of these conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner.

6. Promotional participation
The prize winners must, at Rio Rhythmics' request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Rio Rhythmics using their name and image in promotional material.

7. Loss, damages and liability
Rio Rhythmics or its agencies are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by the winners (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury including death suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or participating in the activities entitled by the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Rio Rhythmics may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

8. Age qualifications
All "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition participants must be aged over 18 on the date of the Grand Prize draw.

9. Prize notification
The "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition Grand Prize winner and runner-up will be announced in Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy's "Dance for Life" monthly newsletter, published in August, 2010.

10. Privacy
All entries will be the property of Rio Rhythmics. The information entrants provide will be used by Rio Rhythmics for the purpose of conducting this "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition. Rio Rhythmics may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this "Golden Ticket 2010" Lucky Draw competition or communicating with entrants. Winners’ names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. Rio Rhythmics is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
